The New Quietude Studio
at Salmon Creek Wellness.
What to Expect
The studio shares a lobby with Salmon Creek Wellness. Please come in, have a seat, and relax until I come out on or before your appointment time. If you can complete your online paperwork as far in advance as possible, I’m able to review it before we meet. We’ll discuss your health intake, preferences and needs, making the experience right for you. Feel free to ask questions and share any concerns you have. If you aren’t able to fill out the intakes, you’ll be required to fill them out in the treatment room, which will take time away from the time you spend on the table. Make sure to come in hydrated, use the restroom and schedule your appointment for a time when you don’t have to rush in or rush out the door. You’ll experience greater benefits from massage when you give yourself space to let your body adjust slowly. I ask you silence your cell phone unless there is an urgent reason to have it on.
It’s important that I’m aware of injuries, medical concerns, allergies, personal preferences or boundaries with massage therapy. I give you permission to advocate for yourself and I’ll do my best to inquire throughout the treatment. If Massage Therapy is contraindicated for you, I reserve the right to refer you to a more suitable medical professional. Thank you for taking the time to fill out my intakes and disclosures, this helps me take better care of my clients and keeps everything running smoothly.
Your Treatment
Once you are ready, I will step out so you can undress to your comfort level. We can make adjustments to the table in many ways, so if something is uncomfortable let me know. If something doesn’t feel right during your massage such as pressure or technique, don’t hesitate to tell me so I can try a different approach.
After you’re done, I will step out as you re-dress and collect your belongings. Please let me know how you’re feeling when I return to the room and drink plenty of water the rest of the day. If you enjoyed your massage and have time, please leave a review! This helps small businesses like mine get noticed and thrive in the community. You can book your next appointment online as soon as you’re ready. Payment is all inclusive. When you secure your appointment you will enter your card information. This means there is no need to bring cash or card with you and gratuity isn’t accepted. The less you have to worry about the better!
I look forward to meeting you!

The full effect of massage therapy is immeasurable.
Massage Therapy can be both pampering and restorative, affecting the eleven organ systems of the body. It can help release stored trauma and is effective in reducing headaches, muscle tension, chronic pain, stress and anxiety-related disorders. It provides relief from whiplash injuries, TMJ Disorder, sports or overuse injuries, pre and post-natal physical and emotional discomfort, just to name a few. As scientific research grows in this field, it is becoming a more accepted form of medical treatment.
